"Off the top of my head" is a common phrase that means I am trying to remember something,

 and to give you a quick answer.

off the top of my head。是说对某件事不假思索地最直观的记忆。

例如：

Well, off the top of my head, I would say my favorite movie is“Fast and Furious.”

嗯，从我脑子闪过的，我会说我最喜欢的电影是「速度与激情」。

(The Budget Manager) Sorry, I can't give you the exact figure off the top of my head.
